Drop ~330 fabricated emails + chats into the dashboard so you can see what it looks like populated. About 80% of rows come pre-classified (category / sentiment / resolution), so the AI panels light up without running the classifier. Idempotent — safe to re-run; reusing the same seed_tag is a no-op.
